1.2 Services & Appointments

All hair appointments must be booked through our official channels. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late cancellations may incur a fee.

1.3 Product Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payments must be made as required at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including payment issues or stock availability.

- A NON - REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your service appointments. (All deposits are deducted from your final bill), your appointment is not confirmed and scheduled otherwise. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment.

1.5 Late Arrival

Lateness affects other clients appointments and our daily schedule, therefore late fees are present for this reason.

- 20 minutes late = £10

If you are 25 minutes late or more, your appointment will be CANCELLED and your deposit will not be refunded.

1.6 Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 72 HOURS before your appointment time.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Rescheduling can only be done once within the same month, deposits cannot be carried over to the following month.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide accurate information and quality services, but we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.

Express UK Delivery: 1 – 7 business days
Standard UK Delivery: 7 – 14 business days
International Delivery: 7 – 14 business days (depending on location)

Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, used hair products or opened extensions/wigs are non-returnable, unless faulty.
