Cancellation Policy
SERVICES AND APPOINTMENTS All hair appointments must be booked through our official channels. A NON - REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your service appointments. (All deposits are deducted from your final bill), your appointment is not confirmed and scheduled otherwise. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. LATE ARRIVALS Lateness affects other clients appointments and our daily schedule, therefore late fees are present for this reason. 20 minutes late = £15 If you are 25 minutes late or more, your appointment will be CANCELLED and your deposit will not be refunded. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 HOURS before your appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Rescheduling can only be done once within the same month, deposits cannot be carried over to the following month. Extensions are not included with any service. Clients must provide their own extensions. All extensions must be pre-stretched and ready
